Fireplace wall
Welcome to one of our favorite living room builds! We designed this space to be both cozy and functional, with built-in shelves that frame the fireplace and make the TV feel right at home. The soft lighting brings a warm glow to the display pieces, and the stacked stone surround adds just the right amount of texture. We kept the palette neutral and inviting, with lots of natural light and comfy seating to make it the perfect spot to kick back and relax.
This is where we started, working towards a warmer, softer tones and a more inviting atmosphere.

This was our mood board with all the finishes: darker wood stain, a muted green for the built-ins and stacked marble tile for the fireplace, with brass hardware to add depth and interest.

The soft, neutral cabinetry frames the space while offering ample storage below and open shelving above—ideal for curated styling that reflects the homeowner’s personality. A subtle stone façade adds texture and warmth, contrasted by a modern wood mantle for a clean yet inviting focal point.
Each shelf is carefully composed with layered elements—organic textures, sculptural pieces, and meaningful accents—demonstrating our belief that styled shelving should both elevate a space and speak to the people who live in it.
